How long before my items arrive and why is ground my only option?
Yes, we only offer GROUND shipping on all items at this time. Please allow 10-15 days to receive your items. If you are going on a surf trip and you must have the items before a certain time please contact us at (877) 271-4311 or email: geoff@gordonandsmith.com so we can expedite your order.
How soon will my items ship after I place my order?
Most items will ship the same day if your order is placed before 2pm PST or the next business day if after 2pm PST.
What shipping carriers does Surf Ventures, LLC use?
Depending on your item we use UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL and Pilot Air. Please see Order Trackiing to obtain all package tracking information on your order and allow up 24 hours after you place your order for tracking #(s) to appear in Order Tracking. The tracking numbers will not be valid until after the date the item is to ship which will be indicated on your sales receipt.
I received only part of my order where is the rest of it? If you order more than one product separately, there's a chance that you'll receive more than one package to complete your order.

What if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?
It is very important that you inspect your package at the time of delivery and note any damage to the package and or merchandise. All packages are insured for full value with the specific carrier. If the item is damaged or lost during shipping we can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
