Your shopping experience at Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC  is backed by a commitment from Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC  to value our customers’ purchasing decisions. We strive to ensure every customer receives the right product to suit their individual needs. Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, a purchase may not meet those needs and may require an exchange or refund. We will gladly accept your returned merchandise under the following criteria:

1.All returns must be pre-authorized by Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC.

2.All returns must be received by the Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC within 30 days of the original purchase date (refer to your invoice for the original purchase date).

3.All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, and in the manufacturer’s original package or box. Returned items must be in original packaging and shipped in the original or comparable shipping box. For example: Surfboards  must be  in the Original Cardboard box, and this box must be placed  with a padding element such as styrofoam peanuts or Bubble wrap, cardboard bracing panels and any included accessories. (i.e,Fins, Pads, Leashes, etc.)

Packages and boxes returned to Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC not meeting the above described criteria will be refused. Note: Surfboards must be placed in their protective cover/bag before placing in their respective box to avoid damage to the outside  finish (i.e., scuffing).Surfboards not returned in their respective protective cover/bag before boxing may not be accepted by Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC, and may be returned to the sender without further processing.

4. All returned merchandise must be shipped with the Surf Ventures Unlimited, LLC issued Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the exterior of shipping carton / box / envelope.

5. Closeout and/or Special Order items will not be accepted for exchange or return.

6. A 25% Credit Card Charge For Any Cancellations After Product Has Been Ordered Or Is backordered For Customer.

7.SURFBOARD RETURN POLICY: THERE ARE NO RETURNS without prior written permission and return authorization (r.a) number.

Please follow the above mentioned criteria as returns received not meeting the criteria above will be ineligible for credit or exchange and will be returned to the sender.

Shipping fees on returned merchandise are responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
